Welcome to Hands and Hearts Craft Club (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website https://handsandheartscraftclub.com (“Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Our Site is designed for parents/guardians to register children under 13.
• All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
  

2. Use of the Site

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, misuse content, or infringe on intellectual property.
  

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for classes or materials must be made through our approved payment methods.
• Refunds or cancellations are subject to our posted policy (please review before booking).
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, text, images, crafts, and activities, are owned by Hands and Hearts Craft Club unless otherwise noted.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
  

5. Safety and Supervision

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Site.
• We are not liable for unsupervised use of the Site by a child.
  

6. Privacy & Children’s Data

• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information.
• By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. SMS Terms

If you opt into the Hands and Hearts Craft Club messaging program, you may receive marketing/promotional text messages (incl. cart reminders) from Hands and Hearts Craft Club concerning classes and services, using automated dialing systems (“Text Messages"). Message frequency varies per month. Your consent is not required to purchase goods or services. By providing your consent and mobile phone number, you expressly agree to receive Text Messages from us to the mobile phone number you provided.

You may opt out of receiving Text Messages at any time directly on your mobile device by texting the keyword STOP. You may also opt-out directly in your account settings or contacting us via email and specifying that you wish to opt-out from Text Messages. After this, we will send you a Text Message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive Text Messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending Text Messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can text the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@handsandheartscraftclub.com.

You understand and agree that depending on the terms of your mobile phone contract, charges may incur for Text Messages. Message and data rates may apply. You should check the applicable rates with your mobile service provider. We do not charge you for sending or receiving Text Messages. Data collected from you in connection with this Text Messages service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the data, time, content of your messages and other information you provide us. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services or classes.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
